FESTIVAL OF FOLK ARTS
This is the 3rd time I went.
The Festival of Folk Arts is from from 16th to 20th August, held in Buda Castle in Budapest.
Craftsmen and artisan crafts show of their goods and they prepare things on spot.

There are blacksmith, carpenters, potters, weavers, basketmakers, shoemakers, weaponmakers, jewelry makers, musical instrument maker, food, drinks, entertainers, games for kids and adults... etc. everything you can imagine. The whole Castle is full and it's amazing.
Lots of foreigners also visit.
If you were ever happen to be here GO THERE, I't great fun.
The people are all friendly, happy and dressed up in traditional clothing and costume.

Cayak-canoe: finally some good news and there is still hope for the women handball team and men's waterpolo


FIRST MEDAL
László Cseh swimming 400m Medley, where Phelps won,
also Gergő Kis was 6th in the same race with a personal record.

(High time I had a new journal... *scoff*)

The opening ceremony was Awesome! I don't have any other word for it... even on TV it was a smash.
The drummers at the beginning and then the paper scroll with the dancers/ink painters.
I almost forgot the thai-chi part which was amazing.

The torch lighting was also amazing. The guy was "running" suspended midair and then he touch the light to that fuse and the whole thing went WHOOSH and then I was like uuuhhh-ooohhh... WOW
